Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, restocks, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

United States Shipping

Available shipping services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Most United States orders are estimated to arrive within 3–4 business days after the carrier accepts the package, but carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be collected upon delivery.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is sent after an order ships. Carrier scans can take time to update. MasBella is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
